How long does it take to receive my order?

Our regular grills will ship between 24 to 48 hours after order is placed. If a grill is on backorder, it might take up to 3 weeks but you will be notified immediately if this happens. Due to supply shortages, some grills may take longer than expected to arrive while we wait for grill parts to arrive. Please take in mind that our grills are made and shipped from Mexico which is why there may be delays on receiving.

We are local to the DFW Metroplex area. Contact us by email or on social media to set up a pick up time with our staff.
Can I get a refund on my order?

We allow refunds or exchanges on regular grills. However, any custom items that need to be cut with a CNC machine have a strict no refund or exchange policy. Once you approve the design and we start making it, there is absolutely no refunds, exchanges, or design changes. By purchasing a custom item, you agree to this refund or exchange policy.
